Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before you approve the final digital mock-up. A full refund will be processed in such cases.
  • During/After Production: Once an order has moved into the printing/production stage, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications (logos, names, designs), we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or user error.

We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Visible flaws in the product material.
  • Printing Errors: If the final print significantly differs from the digital proof approved by you.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives broken or damaged due to shipping.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different product, size, or color than what was ordered.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Email info@promogifts.in with your Order ID.
  3. Attach clear photos and a short video showing the defect or damage.
  4. Keep the product in its original packaging.

4. The “Recreation” (Replacement) Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We will initiate a recreation (re-print) of your order at no extra cost to you.
  • The replacement will be shipped using our standard shipping timelines from our Bengaluru hub.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to ship the defective unit back to us (we will provide instructions if this is required).

5. Refund Policy

  • If a replacement is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock), a refund will be issued.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was cancelled before production.

6. What is NOT Covered

  • Low-Resolution Files: We are not responsible if the print is blurry due to low-quality images provided by the customer.
  • Spelling Errors: We print exactly what you provide. Please double-check your text/spellings before confirming.
  • Slight Color Variations: Minor differences between screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) are normal in the printing industry and are not considered defects.
