1. Customization and Design Responsibility

User Content: You are solely responsible for the designs, logos, and text uploaded to our platform. You must own the rights or have permission to use any artwork provided.
Quality Disclaimer: Printing quality depends on the resolution of the files provided. We recommend high-resolution vectors or images (300 DPI). We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry prints resulting from low-quality uploads.
Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor settings and the printing process (CMYK vs. RGB), the colors on the physical product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

2. Intellectual Property

PromoGifts Rights: All content on this website, including software, design, and branding, is the property of PromoGifts.
Copyright Infringement: We reserve the right to refuse any order that consists of copyrighted material, trademarks of third parties, or content deemed offensive/illegal under Indian Law.

3. Orders and Payments

Pricing: All prices are in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we begin the printing process.
Order Changes: Once an order enters the “In Production” stage, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Timeline: Production times are estimates. While we strive to meet deadlines, PromoGifts is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or “Acts of God.”
Delivery Address: Please ensure the Bengaluru office or your specified delivery point has a contact person available to receive the goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

Personalized Goods: Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is physically damaged or there is a significant manufacturing defect.
Claims: Any claims for damaged goods or printing errors must be made within 48 hours of delivery via email to info@promogifts.in with supporting photographs.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromoGifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
