Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time
- Custom Orders: Unlike standard e-commerce, our products require time for printing and quality checks.
- Standard Production: Usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the design/artwork is approved and payment is confirmed.
- Bulk Orders: For large corporate orders (100+ units), production timelines will be communicated specifically via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all major cities and pin codes across India.
- Local deliveries within Bengaluru may be faster due to our proximity to our production hub.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order leaves our facility in Bengaluru, the estimated transit time is:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote Areas: 10+ business days depending on the courier service.
Note: “Business days” exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery destination.
- Total shipping fees will be displayed at the Checkout page before you make a payment.
- Any applicable octroi or local entry taxes (if any) in specific states are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email (info@promogifts.in) and mobile number. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver the package.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to our Bengaluru hub.
- Re-shipping charges will apply if we need to send the package again due to customer error.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with:
- Please do not accept the delivery.
- Take a photo of the damaged packaging.

8. Delays
While we partner with reputed courier services, PromoGifts is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or state-specific transit restrictions.
